Last updated 2026. Kern Media Group is a small, local business — this policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you share with us through this site.
What we collect
When you use the Contact form or the Get a Free Estimate tool, we collect what you enter directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details of your project or question.
Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics data automatically: which pages are visited, general device and browser information, and an approximate location based on IP address. This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
Information from the Contact and Get a Free Estimate forms is used only to respond to you, prepare pricing, and follow up about your project. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved — nothing more.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the service that runs this site's hosting. Site analytics are processed through Google Analytics. Both are standard tools used to run and understand a website — neither is used to advertise to you elsewhere.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visits and understand site traffic. No cookies are used to track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Contact and estimate request information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for basic business recordkeeping — generally no longer than a few years, and it's never used for anything beyond what you contacted us about.
Your choices
If you'd like a copy of the information we have from you, or would like it deleted, email hello@kernmediagroup.com and we'll take care of it.
